General information or questions: For general information and/or questions, please stop by the bakery during our business hours, call us during our business hours at 301.392.6344 or e-mail us at cakes@charlesstreetbakery.com. We check e-mails infrequently, so you will get a quicker response with a telephone call.
Placing orders: Orders can only be placed in person or over the telephone during our business hours at 301.392.6344. Please do NOT place an order via e-mail or leave a message on our recorder (we do not accept messages on our recorder), orders are NOT confirmed until a deposit is made. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future order in the event of a cancellation.
*Please allow 24-48 hours business hours for one of our associates to contact you by telephone when inquiring via contact form.
Order inquiries: Due to our busy baking schedule, we are not able to check e-mail on a regular basis. In order to address your order inquiries in a more timely and efficient manner, we ask that you either call us during our business hours at 301.392.6344 or stop by the bakery during business hours. Please do not send artwork images until your order has actually been placed and we have requested the artwork. We are unable to recreate any copyrighted or trademarked images, logos or the like.
No telephone messages: If you call us during non-business hours, you will hear a recording indicating that we are closed and our business hours. Please do NOT leave a message as we do not accept messages on our recorder. Call back during normal business hours.
